What to expect in an online consultation

Online appointments are similar to those held in a clinic. The first appointment will be an opportunity to understand your nutrition and health goals. We will discuss your health history, lifestyle and how food fits into the picture. We will use accessible teleconferencing (Zoom) to share helpful resources and strategies to support your lifestyle changes. Every appointment will be guided with empathy and consider your unique needs.

Review appointments

Changing our thoughts and behaviours around food is hard. Review appointments provide a judgement free zone to discuss your success and struggles. Getting expert advice and support from a dietitian will help you reach your health and nutrition goals.

Dietitians are nutrition experts. We have completed at least 4 years of university training in science and food knowledge. We understand how to read nutrition research and translate it into practical solutions for you.

We are trained to work with people who are experiencing health concerns and explain how nutrition can be used to manage those conditions.

Dietitians are regulated through Dietitian Australia. Always look for an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (in Australia) to ensure the dietitian is up to date with nutrition information.
