Virtual 1:1 consults

Get 1:1 nutrition support and coaching from the comfort of your own home.

Be free from the worry of travel time or finding a parking spot. Simply log on with your Zoom link, and get started.

After each consult you will receive a summary of the session and helpful resources.

Initial consult (60 minutes)

Your first consult is a time where we get to know each other. What is it you want to achieve and how can I help you get there?

We will discuss your health, medical history, and how food fits into your life. Bring your questions and curiosity. 

Initial consults are $145 (AUD)

Review consult (45 minutes)

In a review consult we will reflect on your achievements and struggles since the last session. Making change is never easy. You will always be met with acceptance and empathy when you come to a session. The number of review sessions required is different for each person.

Review consults are $100 (AUD)

Extended consult (90 minutes)

Sometimes 60-minutes is not enough time! These sessions are particularly helpful for extended education sessions.

People requiring education on the FODMAP diet, elimination diets, or newly diagnosed with diabetes or coeliac disease benefit from these session. 

Extended consults are $190 (AUD)

Frequently Asked Questions

Dietitians are nutrition experts. We have completed at least 4 years of university training in science and food knowledge. we understand how to read nutrition research and translate it into practical solutions for you. 

We are trained to work with people who are experiencing health concerns and explain how nutrition can be used to manage those conditions. 

Dietitians are regulated through Dietitian Australia. Always look for an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (in Australia) to ensure the dietitian is up to date with nutrition information. 

An initial consult with me will start with an understanding of what your health and nutrition goals are. If you’re unsure, we will figure that out together! We will then run through your lifestyle, health and what you are currently eating. This is a judgement free zone. Tell me as little or as much as you want.

We will then identify achievable strategies to help reach your identified goals. You will be provided with helpful resources and tools to support you along the way.

You are able to book direct without a doctor’s referral.

If you are seeking a Medicare rebate you will first need to see your GP to get a Chronic Disease Management Plan or Eating Disorder Management Plan to book. Please provide these plans when booking or bring them along to your first appointment. 

Medicare rebates are available for people with a Chronic Disease Management Plan or on an Eating Disorder Management Plan. Please consult your GP to see if you are eligible for these.

Private health insurance rebates are available depending on your level of cover. Check with your insurance company to determine if dietetics is included in your plan. You will be provided with an invoice to claim your rebate if eligible.
